Brown, crispy dosa making recipes

I know this got nothing to do with embroidery,  but I would like to share with you these 2 videos on how to make brown, crispy dosa and masala dosa.Although the dosas can be made easily on a roti maker, the recipes can be applied for making on a tawa.If you're a dosa lover, you have to watch these videos:
